I'm a Wintel admin in a MNB. For our ongoing project I have 2 requirements.
1) How to Provide permissions to start/stop services for a remote desktop user on windows 2003 SP2 server (For all services listed on services.msc)
2) How to Provide permissions to start/stop services for a remote desktop user on windows 2003 SP2 server (For a particular service)
