Cannot access RemoteApps externally but Internally works!

Hello,

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise server running RDS. I have installed 5 roles, no connection broker. I've configured all the necessary settings and purchased a cert from godaddy. I have all the groups in place and configured IIS 7 with the appropiate settings. I had created DNS entries for the server and also for the external name that users from outsite will connect too. I can connect fine internally, but from the outsidehttps://remote.mycomputer.local I can login RD Web Access, and get to all the published apps. However! when I click on any app and press connect. I get this error:

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

1- Remote Access to the server is not enabled

2- The remote computer is turned off

3- The remote computer is not available on the network

Intially, it was working perfectly! I had installed the certs in the Remote App Manager in all the options within Remote App Manager. We had a consultant come today and install MS Great Plains, and I was told by my superior there were more areas where the cert had to be installed. I'm not sure if that would of caused any conflict.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
