Hi Guys,
We use a F5 Firepass SSL device to provide remote access to our RDS 2008 R2 farm. When a user connects they click ok on the windows disclaimer screen and then are presented with an invalid credentials error. clicking ok on the error shows that the VPN device appears to be passing the credentials as "servername\user" rather than "domain\user" this is backed up by failed logon attempts in the event log. Our Network team have checked the config of the Firepass, but cannot see an issue.
Has anyone seen this before?
