I have a 2008 r2 server with RemoteApp Manager set to allow access to two programs. The problem I am running into is that the end user needs full permission rights to the application folder. If they RDP into the server with a standard mstsc link they have all their rights correctly set. If they use the remoteapp link created in remoteapp manager it looks like they are not getting their full rights to the application folder and as a consequence are getting errors within the application.
Cliff Notes: If using standard mstsc link to the server they can log in just fine and run the application without issue because they have full admin rights to the application folder. If they use the RemoteApp RDP link, they can log into the application but generate errors. Any suggestions?
