Added the roles, everything installed and configured without problems.
I can login and launch apps from the RDWEB virtual site, but the default TS virtual site does not exist. No errors in the logs, I have uninstalled/reinstalled all of the roles, installed IIS first, then RD Web Access (multiple times), but the TS virtual site is never created.
