RDS Connection Broker error?

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has seen this error after booting up W2K12 with RDS connection broker, virtualization host (hyper-v), Web Access, and Licensing on one physical server?

Event ID: 2056

The Remote Desktop Connection Broker server could not enumerate the atargets for the provider named NULL from the database.

Pooled virtual desktop collection name: NULL

Error: Error code: 0xFFFFFFFF.

I am unable to get redirected to my Win7 personal VDI desktop. 

I've tried changing the Windows Internal Database service Log on account to Network Service, reboot, but still fails with this error.
