We have a TS 2008 server that is has been running for about a year. recently i've been asked to allow access to the server from a specific public IP address.
After setting up my firewall rules and NAT, the user is able to open the TS web access as in http://ts.mydomain.com/ts with no problem. But when the user tries to open any of the published apps he get the error "remote computer cannot be found" my guess is that because the internal name of the server is TSserver.mydomain.local it can not open the remote app. the same proble occurs with the RDP created in the server.
is there any way I can edit the RDP file or modify the settings of the published app to point to a TSserver.mydomain.com so it can be access from outside the LAN?
Thanks
Simon
