Attempted VDI Standard Deployment, Experienced Exceptions, Server Manager Can't See RDS

I recently performed a successful Standard Deployment of RDS on a server, but subsequently uninstalled all RDS components to troubleshoot a different issue.  Once that was dealt with, I tried to perform the same deployment again.  The second time, all roles installed to the server fine, it rebooted fine, and it looked like all was well on the install, but all three roles showed exceptions when installation was being finalized after the reboot.  The task details screen shows the installation was successful, but Server Manager -> Remote Desktop Services -> Overview says This:

A Remote Desktop Services Deployment does not exist in the server pool.
To create a deployment, run the Add Roles and Features Wizard and select the Remote Desktop Services installation option.

Switching to Server Manager -> Remote Desktop Services -> Servers does show the server, with 4 services running and 5 events captured.

Here is the task details screen:

Clik here to view.

This is a production server running Hyper-V (no other services, but VMs are live), so I wanted to get some advice before spending several more reboots to no avail.  I do need to get RDS deployed on this server.  How should I proceed with this issue?
