Hi. We're in the process of preparing migration from WS2008 R2 RDS to WS2012 RDS.
Familiarizing with the changes (some not so welcome), I can't figure out how to add an existing licensing server to a RDS deployment in WS2012. The deployment only allows you to add new (ie. install) licensing server, but that's specific to each RDS deployment.
Redoing what we have in 2008 R2 means we're create many tens or hundreds of RDS deployments (usually consisting of single server - broker, web access, session host), but have to keep 1-2 central licensing servers that all these deployments will use. How do we achieve that?
This was trivial in 2008 R2 since you could install RDS licensing anywhere and point servers to this server (manually from tsconfig or via GPO etc.).
