I have a Windows Server 2008R2 x64 running Windows Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services.
The issue is poor performance and upon examination the CPU is running at 99-100% constantly.
Its svchost.exe under TaskManager/Processes and the related services are power/plug and play/DCOM server process launcher.
I have tried SysInternals to try to get to the cause but this is struggling to run, and the count got to over 33,000,000 before i gave up (yes, 33 million).
I've searched TechNet/Google but no luck.
Any ideas?
