Access client drives from Server

I have a requirement for a Windows RDP server to automatically copy files from client drives to the server while the RDP session is active.

It should not require the client to mount shares. Access should be via administrative shares.

Is there an easy way to make this happen? The activity should be server driven but possibly the client can be made to push replicate the files by Policy settings?
