RemoteFX failed to Start on VM.

I am attempting to get RemoteRX working;

Host - Dell PowerEdge T310 Intel Zeon X3440 2.53 GHz (Supports SLAT)

Windows Server 2008 R2

nVidia Quadro 2000 with latest driver installed

VideoCap installed

VM - Windows 7 SP1

After I add RemoteFX 3D Video adapter and attempt to start the VM I get an error;

Microsoft Synthetic 3D display Controller Failed to power on with error 'The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or becuase it has no enabled device associated with it'.

Any ideas?
