Remote Desktop connection from Mac to Windows Server 2008 R2 fails

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 box that is part of an active directory domain.

When I try to Remote Desktop to it from a Mac, and using a domain account, it fails.  I get an Event 4625 in the Security logs (shown below).  I also get an Event ID 56 with a source of TermDD.  I have decoded the Binary data, and tracked it down to a STATUS_TRUSTED_RELATIONSHIP_ERROR.

I can log into a non-domain account from the Mac to the same box without any issues.

I can log into the domain account from a Windows 7 VM (not part of the domain) without any issues.
