"The task you are trying to do can't be completed because Remote Desktop Services is currently busy"

Hello,

I have been fighting this issue for a few weeks now and have been unable to find a resolution.  I have found multiple posts regarding this issue but many unresolved and months old.  I recently installed Citrix XenApp 6.5 with Windows Server 2008 R2 and have users randomly receiving the message "The task you are trying to do can't be completed because Remote Desktop Services is currently busy" 

I found this KB to be interesting unfortunately it states it does not apply to my OS.  Although it states it applies to Win 2008 R2 SP1 which is what I am running.  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2661332

I also found the following thread in TechNet:  http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverTS/thread/b2c967b2-a180-402b-8213-aed6a34cabc0 which went unresolved and hasn't had a post since December of 2012.

I am running Citrix on the server with an EMR application and I also have Microsoft Office Installed for these use with this application.  Which led me to believe that KB2661332 was a perfect fit as it references Excel as an issue.  I have found if the user logs off and back on that they can sometimes get right on but sometimes they just get this error again.  As of right now periodic reboots are the only thing that seems to help and when I say periodic I mean every couple of days otherwise my complaints stay pretty high.  Any thoughts from anyone on this?
