RemoteApp rss webfeed automation

I've been looking into automating the remoteapp rss webfeed functionality as described here;

http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/archive/2009/10/14/windows-7-windows-server-2008-r2-remoteapp-and-desktop-connection.aspx

I found this resoure to summon up the way you can do this;
http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/archive/2009/10/14/windows-7-windows-server-2008-r2-remoteapp-and-desktop-connection.aspx
It seems i can populate the functionality to open a .wcx file containing the url of the RD Web Access server. This blog (http://blog.stealthpuppy.com/virtualisation/deploy-remoteapp-programs-start-menu-silently/#) mentiones even the command line;
"rundll32.exe tsworkspace,WorkspaceSilentSetup <path>\connection-file.wcx"

But the sources all mention you have to import the config in/under the user context, which means it has to be a domain joined workstation. The script comments here about this;
".DESCRIPTION
    This script uses a RemoteApp and Desktop Connections bootstrap file(a .wcx file) to set up a connection in Windows 7 workstation. No user interaction is required.It sets up a connection only for the current user. Always run the script in the user's session."

But if i run the "set up a new connection with remoteapp and desktop connections" wizard manually i get a nice popup screen where i can fill in my credentials. Is there a way to automate the RemoteApp config while adding these credentials instead of using the user's session?
