We have 3 RDS servers running 2008 R2, until recently all was well and we had no issues at all.
All of a sudden we start getting 7011 errors fludding the event log informing us of services timing out and then the server becomes unresponsive and is unusable.
Our environment runs on 3x R820s running ESXi 5.1
Once this problem occurs we are unable to log into the box at all and are left with having to restore it via a NetApp restore and sometimes that does not work and it just hangs on "Applying Computer Settings" so the box then has to be rebuilt!
The only changes to the system that could have caused this is an upgrade to our SAN equipment (Moved from ISCSI to NFS (10GB)), installing a piece of software called "IEX Workforce Management" and some changes in Printer GPOs.
The printing to users is applied on logon through user preference settings of GPO.
Any help is muchly appriciated as this is driving me bonkers and is causing some serious downtime to our company.
