Unable TS using service account In windows server 2008R2

Hi ,

I am unable TS My service account.

I performed following steps .

1.       I tried TS to ServerA  using Domain\userTestA service account , I am unable TS server.

It’s show  below error

“To log on to this remote computer,you must be granted the allow log on through terminal services right.By default, members othe remote desktop users group have this right.if you are not member of the remote desktop users group or another group that has this right,or if the remote desktop users group does not have this right you must be granted this right manually.”

But Domain\userTest user part of administrators & Remote desktop users group.

1.       Same server, I able TS using domain\usertestB service account  (both user in same domain).

Please advice on this issue.
