Windows Server 208 - RDS grace period

Hi,

I have a test lab with Windows Server 2008 server.

1. If the Windows Server 2008 is activated and RDS role enabled, will  RDS (1 Console and 1 RDP) provide unexpired license? Or it will run in 120 days grace period?

2. Re-installation of TS in Windows 2003 Server will continue the grace period again for next 120 days. Will the same work in Windows Server 2008 as well?

Please advise.
