This is a small company with 5 users in the office. I have one box Windows 2008 (can upgrade to 2012 if required) over VMware ESXi 5 installed, that box is DC, File and Print, DHCP, DNS server. With 2 RAID 1(system and data) hard drives. I need to install a TS or Remote desktop server to accommodate around 4-5 remote users and I'd like to know if it makes sense to install a TS in a Virtual environment or I'm asking for trouble(performance or something else that I don't know), what are your recommendations, best practices and what are the tech specifications for physical hardware.
