Hi All,
Im an intern and I came across the problem whereby, on RDP a user cannot connect because on the Log On Window, under the log on to option the domain specified is wrong and greyed out, therefore drop-down to change to the correct one. I have tried to compare the settings with those of the one who has similar rights but all seems to b the same. What else do I need to check?
Please help with answer!!!
