RemoteApp - Cannot verify computers belong to the same server farm

I am having an issue that I am hoping someone can help with or maybe shed some light on.  When I go to the RDWeb and click on the application I would like to run, for instance Microsoft Word, I get a Windows security prompt to login.  If I enter the account information of a domain administrator, everything appears to work just fine and Word opens without an issue.  If I enter a standard end user account, I get the error found below and Word never opens.  I have done some research and I am pretty sure that I have everything configured and some of the solutions provided didn't quite fit either the problem I am having or the environment I have.  This issue also did not start until I added a second Session host and I think I got the configuration right.

Remote Desktop Connection cannot connect to the remote computer.

The remote computer RAPServer-01.domain.local that you are trying to connect to is redirecting you to another remote computer named RAPServer-02.domain.local.  Remote Desktop Connection cannot verify that the computers belong to the same RD Session Host server farm.  You must use the farm name, not the computer name, when you connect to an RD Session Host server farm.

If you are using an RDP Connection provided to you by your administrator, contact your administrator for assistance.

If you want to connect to a specific farm member to administer it, type "mstsc.exe /admin" at a command prompt.

Here is a little information on how things are configured, please keep in mind that all servers are Windows Server 2008 R2.

I have two servers named RCBServer-01 and RCBServer-02 with a cluster name of RCBServer-09.  The name of the cluster service is RCBServer-03.  This is running everything such as IIS for the RDWeb and Connection Broker.  I have two more servers, named RAPServer-01 and RAPServer-02, that are Session hosts and host the applications.  For these servers, I have a DNS name of RAP and use round robin.

One of the things I read is that you need to go into RD Session Host Configuration and then go to the RD Connection Broker. Both of my RAP servers are configured as "Member of farm" with an RD Connection Broker of "RCBServer-03" and a farm name of "remoteapp." The checkbox for Participate in connection broker load balancing is on for both and they are both set to 100. I have "Use IP address redirection selected" and each server as it's IP in the box below and checked. Something I read said I should set "remoteapp" to "rap" since that is the DNS name I picked but that didn't seem to have any change in the message I got.

I am at a lost as to how to make this work...it seems like it does for administrators which leads me to believe it is security but it would seem like everything is configured properly.

Any assistance or even "Did you check this?" would be greatly appreciate.

Thank you in advance.
