TS Web Access Administration 404 Error

I installed TS Web Access to Server 2008 and the installation went ok.

IIS has an Application Pool called "TSWebAccess". I don't have a "default" website, instead there is another website that has no Host defined. But it does not have "ts".

Running Administrative Tools -> Terminal Services -> TS Web Access Administrator gives a 404 error for http://localhost/ts because it does not exist.

Looks like the installation did not create the application. What can I do to create it manually?
