RDWeb Access Icon not changed with ICO file

I've updated a load balanced application to show a different icon using a .ico file. It shows the correct icon in RemoteApp Manager on both servers but when shown in the RD Web Access view it is a regular RDP icon. Why has it not updated ? I've also restarted IIS on the RDWeb host box but still no luck...

I've also pointed the app to the fully qualified name of the session host and the location of the file but this has not made any difference. Please help.
