We are in the process of testing a remoteapp in a Windows Server 2012 environment and are running into a couple of issues. Most of the PC's that we will be publishing the remoteapp for are running Windows Vista Business or Enterprise. Whenever they connect to the remoteapp they get a warning: "This theme can't be applied to the desktop". They can bypass it by clicking close and the application opens, but I'd like to get rid of it all together.
The other issue is with the display after the user tries to minimize the remoteapp window. It leaves the image of the remoteapp still on the screen, and the user needs to right click on the desktop and hit refresh to get the display to update.
We have tested on a Windows 7 PC which is fine for both issues. I've tried updating the Vista client PCs to RDP 7.0, but still experience the same results.
Anyone else having this issue or have any ideas?
