Can I share printers in remote desktop session? Using Easy Print

Hello we have decommissioned the server and moved to Remote Desktop on a cloud server.
We need to allow a remote user in another city to print to one of our printers.  Sharing options are grey'ed out when looking at the properties of the remote printer in the remote desktop connection.  The printer is shared on the local machine.  How can I get this remote worker to be able to print to my local shared printer?  We only have the Easy Print at this time, no driver installed on the cloud server. Would like to do it in RDP if possible, instead of installing internet printing or IPP.  Thanks!
