RD Gateway dropping connections

Hi,

Thanks for looking at my issue!

We have the following set up:

TS-Gateway (x.x.x.8) acting as RD Gateway Manager and session broker for farm "ts-farm".

TS01 (x.x.x.3) session host, member of farm "ts-farm".

*We will be adding more servers into the farm later once it is fully working.

We've notice all users being disconnected intermittently but regularly. All users are being disconnected around the same time i.e. within a 1-2 min period. The event viewer is showing event id 303 "The user "%1", on client computer "%2", disconnected from the following network resource: "%4". Before the user disconnected, the client transferred %6 bytes and received %5 bytes. The client session duration was %7 seconds."

The 303 event implies to me that the TS-Gateway server sees it as a graceful disconnection. It is just puzzling as to why it is all users who are disconnected.

If it was a keep alive issue I would expect it to be more intermittent and effecting individual users not all users simultaneously.

Users are not always available to reconnect immediately, takes a minute or 2. My RDP session internally to the TS-Gateway server is fine and has no drops.

TS01 records the session as disconnected and the gateway shows no connections. The longest we've gotten any connection duration up to is around 90 mins.

Another RDP server using just direct port redirection rather than a gateway doesn't drop suggesting it's not a router dropping out unless the threshold is less with the connections to gateway.

Any suggestions?
