The Grace Period for the Remote Desktop Session Host server has expired

Hello,

A middle of last year, I created an Citrix XenApp 6 Golden image on Windows Server 2008 R2 STD SP1.

I installed Remote Desktop Session Hosts and Per User license mode for the Citrix XenApp 6 Setup for creating the image.

Today, I have an issue to access to a new host via RDP after deploying the same image.

The error message is The grace period for the remote desktop session host server has expired.

I just wonder what I did wrong to create the image.

I thought I activated Windows before creating the image with syspreping at the time.

To avoid this grace period of RD session host licensing expired issue with creating a golden image, shouldn't I not activate the Windows before creating an image with syspreping? or what should I do to avoid this issue to create an image?

Is there anyone has the answer for this?
