Currently we have a 2k8 R2 server running as our Terminal Services machine (Non-DC) which the employees from the companys Remote office use to access programs via VPN and RemoteApp.
One of the employees who runs Windows 7 has been running into an odd issue where the Colour scheme of his RemoteApp will suddenly drop after a couple hours of being at work, this doesn't happen all the time, but enough for it to annoy him greatly and complain about the Eye Strain. At the moment the RemoteApp Manager RDP Settings are set to 16 bit colour (24 bit colour didn't seem to help) and I'm unable to increase it to 32 bit without serious performance degradation for the Remote office.
So far it seems like he is the only person having these problems with the colour scheme changing on him. I've tried re-installing Video Drivers and recreating the RemoteApp connector and moving from the satellite office to the same office the TS server is located, but the problem still persists.
Is there a way that I can change the colour settings for just that one user?
