Windows Server 2008 Std - Firefox temporary internet files not roaming with user?

Hi all, I hope someone can help me with what is probably a very basic and obvious question!

I have two Windows Server 2008 Std servers, both which are Terminal Servers for our TS farm. One user yesterday was filling in an online form using Firefox 18.0.1 on Terminal Server 1 (TS1). After doing this for a few hours (its a very long form), she pressed the Save button to save her progress. The form didnt need her to enter any credentials such as username or password, so presumably it saved somewhere in the termporary internet files. The next day, she was logged into Terminal Server 2 (TS2) by the TS farm load balancing. When she reopened the online form webpage (as per the instructions from the form provider), she was expecting to see a half filled in form but it wasnt there - it was a blank form which she would have had to fill in again. I asked her to log out of TS2, and force logged her into TS1. When she opened he online form on that server, her half filled in form showed up.

So I am just wondering, is this behaviour expected/normal in a terminal server setup? If not, is there any way to make sure that the (presumably, I am no expert!) temporary internet files can follow the roaming profile somehow?

Many thanks for all help
Naz
