MS VDI - Cannot Change password at next login

Hi Guys

I have a MS VDI Infrastructure. When I create a new user and set the account to "change password at next login" I get an error saying incorrect username and password at the RD WebServer form.

However, when I create a new user and set the account to "password never expires", it works well and the user can login.

It seems the MS VDI environment does not facilitate changing passwords at next login nor changing passwords during sessions.

I need new users to be able to "change passwords at next login". How can I get this working???????????
