It's very small network with Windows 2012 Server and few computer. But 10 RDS CALs was bought for server to let connecting users from them computer to server which is powerful machine. No CALs are acquired when they connected.
The licenses are used to let them connect from outside. Users connecting from clients computers so there are differed machines each times. That's why CALs are in per user mode.
Is there any way to hack server to works as old Windows 2008 Server R2 Standard Edition?
Is can be done, how is the main question?
Only solution for this it's delete the following key from registry HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\RCM\Grace Period in night in less then 120 days period.
Do we really need to buy another machine with license for Domain Controller?
