RemoteApp - Logoff

Folks,

Have a W7 Enterprise machine connecting to a XPSP3 VM both running RemoteApp, the application runs seamlessly.  I use a saved .rdp file on my desktop to connect to the VM. 

I have to logoff the VM manually when finished with the App.  Is there anyway when I hit "X" on the app that it could logoff the machine automatically or is this something that would need to be built into the code of the app?
