We have three Windows 2003 servers in our organization running as terminal servers. In one of our servers, we had to install this software called Rapport by Trusteer as an encryption software for our banking session. After we installed this software we started to have some issues. We have uninstalled the software from the server. Now we have one specific user that connects to that server using remote desktop and the performance in that server is too slow. The weird part of this is; that I have try to log in to the server from my machine with my credentials and remote to the same server with the user with the issue and everything works fine. The problem seems to follow that users profile when he uses his credentials in the local machine and in the server.
I have deleted the users profile from the server and copying the profile from another server where his account works fine.
