Use RDS to print on client (XP/W7/W8 - local or network printer, in local network) from (remotely hosted) Server 2012 not on same network.

Hi

I have an internal network in the office on Server 2008 R2 with clients (XP, W7 and W8). I also have an externally hosted server (on 2012, that is not a domain controller or part of a network) that I access via RDS. I need to print items from the external 2012 server to the office clients. I'm looking for some help in doing this?
