Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Printing errors on XP PCs

I need to find the solution to this problem. Server 2003 R2 64bit SP1 Remote Desktop printing error.

Here is the error message from the server's event log. When the user tries to print even a test page from the Remote Desktop Explorer crashes. Please help asap.
