We have 2008R2 running with Citrix XenApp 6.5 using published desktops. Randomly users will get access denied when trying to print. The users had no issues adding the print and they also have different printer attached to the same print server with no issues.
The printer status shows connected, but Access denied, unable to connect.
The printer is working for everyone else when this happens. If the users logoff and back in again it works fine.
