We have a problem with our Terminal Server, sometimes, when the users are working they recieve a black screen and no one can work or log any more.
We must to login as local administrator and reset the service or the server, so it works again.

Some one is having the same problem? someone knows how to resolve this?
I was looking around and I found that may be the server needs a hotfix. It's so, could you tell me where can I find this and from where to download? because I found a lot of forums and somethimes there aren't the hotfixes to download.
