Remotefx media streaming under Windows 7

I've been reading some of the blogs:

and had a few questions regarding Windows 7 capabilities with RemoteFx.

• Is there a way to force multimedia redirection of the WAN latency is above 30 ms and similarly is there a way to disable multimedia redirection completely?
• If I'm remoting from a physical W7 SP1 machine to another physical W7 SP1 machine with remotefx enabled and the latency is above 30 ms (say 60ms), will the remote machine then encode and send the video as h264 or is that only on W8?
