Hi, we have a Windows Server 2012 RDS deployment that has several RDS collections setup an functioning. However, any new collections we try to create error out with:
The collection 'collection name' was created successfully with the follwing warnings: Unable to retrieve the details of the virtual desktop collection.
The event logs specify an error, but don't give a reason?

Description:
Win7 PD (GST BOCES Staff): Provisioning job failed. Reason:
That's it. Reason is blank.
There are no additional events indicating a reason for the behavior, so we're stumped. All exisiting collections function fine, but new collections cannot be created. All Servers are fully patched, and functioning as intended. There are 4 servers in the deployment, and all behave the same; That is, you can't create a collection on any of them. After completing the deployment wizard, it creates the initial directory structure on the target RD virtualization host, and then creates the initial image from the template, but then errors with no reason given, when trying to create the desktops. All the required permissions have been granted in the directory to ceate machines (hence, all the other collections completed fine). createing image it Any additional info I can provide, please let me know. Thanks.
